Khamitic Healing Arts Center reflects a place for the healing arts of music, dance, poetry, drumming, piano, artwork, as well as, therapeutic arts: Acupressure, Reflexology, Fitness, Yoga, Meditation, Pilates and Nutrition.

This is the home site for our center that was located at: 942 N. Hunter St.,  Stockton, Ca 95202 -

For company practice and Performance: All must audition accordingly to their speciality. Members must audition and take 1 class per week in technique of Afrakan-Caribbean dance style.

Get excited... For the New Year of 2012...We are coming to your homes to do home workshops, group or individual....Anyone who wants to schedule a workshop please notify.

  Yoga 

  Afralarobics (Exercise)  The Yoga class is a Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, Egyptian Yoga:  Hatha Yoga as preparatory stage of physical purification that the body practices for higher meditation.  The word Hatha is a compound of the words Ha and Tha meaning sun and moon It includes information about shatkarma (purification), asana (postures), pranayama (subtle energy control), chakras (centers of energy), kundalini (instinct), bandhas (muscle force), kriyas (techniques; manifestations of kundalini), shakti (sacred force), nadis (channels), and mudras (symbolic gestures) among other topics.

 Please bring a Yoga mat!

The Afralarobics class focus's on the fun of Pan Afrakan dance styles, but with greater emphasis on floor work:  (Mid and Lower Body Strength)  You can bring a towel or use Yoga Mat for floor work.
